Meet Angie & Linda

Hi,
My name is Linda, I am a midwestern girl born and raised in a small town in the midwest. I am married to my best friend and have 4 wonderful children...boy,girl,boy,girl. Our children are all grown up and are starting lives of their own. I love looking into our family history, old family photos. I am active in tracing our roots. I have always loved making things. I am passionate about reusing things, not wasting, and recycling when I can. Something else I love to do is take pictures, I love candids, love nature, and love taking pictures of our pets and wildlife. I am fortunate to live on a farm and have access to the great outdoors. I have alot of interests but they all intertwine to a degree. My girls share my passion for making things. Ever since they were little girls we were always at our dining table making things. Angie, who you will read about took it further. She got a degree in art and photagraphy and is joing me on this little venture. She lives across the state so this is a way we can keep crafting together, and yes, get together on occasion and really get busy doing what we love.

Hello!!
My name is Angie, life is too short and wonderful to sit around and slowly grow old in front of a TV. SO, i keep myself busy with CRAFTS! The love for creating started when I was very little. My mom, Linda, made crafts all the time and would sell her stuff at crafts fairs. That's when I fell  in love crafts. I went to college to expand my mind in the arts. I graduated with a bachelors degree of fine arts and a minor in art history. After graduation I dove right into working a full time job. After a while I took a step back and realized I am no longer making art or doing crafts anymore. That realization scared the pool out of me and right away I started to make crafts every Saturdays. My favorite place to get craft supplies is the goodwill! There is some sort of pride I get when I take someone's once "junk" and turn it into AWESOMENESS! Happy Craft Saturday!
